Alan has worked in wealth management for almost 40 years, originally founding his own firm, which later joined with CPN in 2017 and then Amicus Wealth Management following the merger in 2026.

He is a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals (including Equity Release), Society of Later Life Advisers and the CII/PFS with the Diploma PFS. He has both individual clients and a number of Group Schemes where he advises companies on workplace pensions and employee benefits.

Alan has been involved with Surrey county golf for over 15 years in order to promote the game across all abilities and ages and is currently Chairman of Surrey County Golf Ltd.
